VALENTINE'S DAY 2025 COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2. COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition commences at 6 February 2025 at 8am and ends at 11:59 pm AEDT on 15 February 2025 ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be considered.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

3.2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3.3. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary to participate.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1. To enter, participants must [describe entry method, e.g., like/follow/share/comment on social media, fill out a form, etc.].

4.2. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

4.3. Entries that are incomplete, indecipherable, or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.

5. PRIZE DETAILS

5.1. The prize consists of three (3) x $250 Bamboozld Gift Cards.

5.2. The total prize pool value is AUD $750.5.3. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. WINNER SELECTION 

6.1. Winners will be chosen at random by a team member at the Pussyfoot Socks Head Office, located at 8 Chang Loop, Croydon South VIC 3136, Australia, before 11:59 pm AEDT on 15 February 2025.

6.2. The draw will be conducted fairly and impartially.

6.3. Winners will be contacted by email or via social media message within one business day after the draw.

6.4. If a winner does not respond within 3 days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.

7. PUBLICITY & PRIVACY

7.1. By entering the competition, participants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation.

7.2. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws.

8. GENERAL TERMS

8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries or entrants who violate these Terms and Conditions.8.2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

8.3. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, including network failures or disruptions, that may affect participation.

8.4. If the competition is interfered with or cannot be conducted as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition.
