What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?

What forms of payment do you accept?

Bamboozld accepts MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Afterpay, Google Pay and Bamboozld gift vouchers at www.bamboozld.com.au

How do I use a promotional code?

The promotional code must be entered in the 'promotion code' box at the cart stage of your checkout, then click 'go'. If the promotion has applied it will then be visible in your updated cart total. Please note only one promotion can be entered per transaction. Please contact our Customer Service team on 03 9738 1385 if you have any issues on checkout.

Can I make a change to an existing order?

Once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, you cannot cancel or amend your order online. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 03 9738 1385 for advice.

Where is my order?

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. You will receive a 2nd email with tracking information as soon as your order had been dispatched from our warehouse (generally the next business day). If it has been more than 3 business days and you have not received tracking information, please contact our Customer Service Team on 03 9738 1385, or email info@bamboozld.com.au with your Order Confirmation details and we will assist you further.

Do you pay for my return shipping?

Bamboozld does not offer free returns for change of mind. For faulty or damaged products please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will credit the cost of postage back to you. Bamboozld does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit so please use a trackable postage service.

Australia:

Orders over AUD $80 - Free Shipping or AUD $12 for Express shipping

Orders under AUD $80 – AUD $12

Express Orders under AUD $80 – AUD $17

New Zealand: AUD $30

How will my order be shipped?

We use Australia Post for all standard deliveries within Australia and Australia Post Express (eParcel) for all express deliveries.

International orders are shipped via Australia Post and their local delivery partners. Please note that online store prices do not include any overseas duties, taxes, customs, or handling charges, which may be applicable. We recommend checking with your local customs authorities regarding any additional fees.

Do you ship Internationally?

Bamboozld ships to most destinations worldwide via Australia Post. During checkout, please ensure you select the correct country from the drop-down menu. If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship to that location - please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

International shipping charges cover transport costs only. They do not include any import duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be applied by the destination country. We use Australia Post for all international shipments and do not accept responsibility for customs delays, duties, or taxes. Your local courier or customs authority may contact you regarding any applicable charges once your parcel arrives.
